...Childe, who thought I had just gone rogue and didn't know anything about Sumeru. Venti knew I was the Sixth Harbinger, until he suddenly forgot about that.

[His head tilts slightly, a thoughtful look coming over his face.]

...Childe had been here for a long time before either of us, hadn't he? Same with Venti. Which would mean... that their consciousnesses had been brought here from a time before you'd changed history. So it's possible that somehow she's the same way, isn't it?

You didn't remember there being a Sixth Harbinger, and you came before I did.

[But Heizou does have a point.]

That just means that it's possible for anyone to be drawn here from any given point in time. That this place exists unaffected by time as other worlds experience it.

That being the case, I suppose there's nothing anyone can do to change that. Which only leaves the question of how you want to handle it.

That's certainly one way to do it! But do you think you can keep that up for the entirety of the time you're both here? It may prove somewhat difficult considering the potential overlap of your friend groups.

[That's the only bread crumb Wanderer will be getting about the Shikanoins. Heizou is very quick to sweep it waaaay under the rug and move right on like it didn't even exist.]

Maybe so. But what she did was cruel, and I think she's only recently come to understand that thanks to the Traveler.
