Of course! Let's get going then, shall we~?

[He's so pleased. And he's absolutely taking Kuni by the hand to lead him to the tavern, a whole cloud of pink bubbles trailing after him.]

[And he goes, not even grumbling about his hand being held, though part way there he has to stop and take his hand back to sneeze.]

--what the hell?!

[Rose petals?!]

[Heizou stops when Kuni does, looking over to see-- And blinks.]

What- Where did those come from?

[threebetrayals]

I sneezed, and that happened!

[He gestures to the rose petals.]

[book2thehead]

[He immediately steps right into Wanderer's space, laser focused on searching his face for signs of how in the world flower petals came out of his nose.]

Do you feel okay? You didn't eat anything new, did you?

[threebetrayals]

I haven't eaten anything since this morning, and that was chai and yogurt. [He still doesn't eat much, sue him.] Nothing that would cause me to sneeze flower petals.

That's hardly a breakfast, Wanderer...

[It's a half-assed scolding and they both know it, but Heizou is kind of more focused on the sneezing flower petals thing. His eyes dart down to where the flower petals have landed, then back up to the cloud of colorful bubbles that are still somehow floating over their heads.

Ah.

Heizou snorts softly, his expression turning back to one of amusement.] I think I get it now, more or less~

Care to elaborate, then?

Mmm. You're not gonna like it~

[He pointedly pops one of the pink hearts with a finger.]

[threebetrayals]

Just tell me.

[A Look.]

[He tries to hold back his smile, lips pursing a little.]

Our dream world seems to have found a new to way to broadcast some of our thoughts and feelings to one another. And considering the shape of these bubbles--

[He blows at one of the heart-shaped ones, singling it out from the rest... As if most of them aren't also heart-shaped.]

-it's been inspired by the romantic holiday~

[What.

Wanderer just stares in mild dawning horror before he tries to swat the bubbles away from around his head.]

This place has no sense of privacy.

[Heizou laughs.]

I told you you wouldn't like it!

[threebetrayals]

How do we get the bubbles to stop? I don't want everyone knowing what I'm thinking.

[book2thehead]

I don't think we can. But I wouldn't worry too much! Shapes and colors can only convey so much.

[threebetrayals]

It's enough.

[The hearts are not fading. In fact, they're multiplying.]

Come on. Let's hurry up and get to wherever it is and hope we get a private table.

[He's annoyed, but he's not canceling their date.]

[Fortunately for Wanderer, Heizou is pretty sure that he's the main source of all the heart-shaped bubbles. Because the harder he pouts about their presence, the cuter Heizou finds him. And he personally has no problem with the world knowing how he feels about the other boy.

But he'll put it aside for now. For Wanderer's sake.]

Okay okay, let's get going~ We can try to outrun the bubbles on the way!

[Heizou slips his hand right back into Wanderer's and tugs him in the direction of the tavern. Time to try to make a break for it!]

[Heizou says "outrun" and Wanderer gets an idea. As they run, he tugs Heizou closer before taking off and basically fly-dashing a few feet in the air.]

You're heavy!

[You didn't warn him, Wanderer.]

[YOU DIDN'T WARN HIM, WANDERER.

Which means Heizou actually yelps when he gets tugged closer and suddenly their feet are not on the ground and he clings to Wanderer so that he won't fall. They're not even that high, but it's the principle of the thing!]

Y-You could've said something first!

[He's also blushing a little and some of those heart bubbles have turned red.]

You have an anemo vision. Don't tell me you're afraid of a little flight!

[He makes a face and pinches Wanderer for that. Hard.]

I can't fly like you guys!

[threebetrayals]

Ow!

[Ignore the redder hearts at that.]

Ask Venti for lessons. Unfortunately for you, my flight is feature of my body.

[Mostly, anyway.]

[book2thehead]

[Heizou huffs a little.] Even if I did, I doubt it would work...

[His expression shifts as he looks around them real quick, first at the ground below them and then up into the sky.]

...Can we go higher?

[threebetrayals]

[Wanderer glances up at the sky, back down at the ground, and judges his energy levels.]

Not for long, not if we don't want to fall to our deaths. [A tiny pause.] If you want to go higher, wait until after we eat.

[book2thehead]

[He smirks a little, a playful glint in his eyes.]

Aw, but wouldn't dying together be romantic~?

[He's obviously teasing, please don't drop him, Wanderer.]

I guess I can wait, though. I'm sure the view of Reverein from the sky could be worth waiting for~
