[Wanderer doesn't pull away, mostly because as with Venti he has no idea how to take this. It's very, very clear that Heizou is in fact serious about liking having Wanderer around, which is bizarre, but that doesn't mean he knows how to handle this any better.
He also doesn't really know what to do, so he just sets his tea aside so he can grab Heizou's sleeve.]
[He was initially going to let this be quick, just let it be something soft and lingering, something for Wanderer to think about. But when he grabs his sleeve like that, it seems like a kind of eagerness that Heizou doesn't want to ignore. He smiles against Wanderer's lips, pulling him in just a bit closer so he can intensify that kiss.
Just for an extra moment longer, though. He doesn't push too far, and right when he thinks he's in danger of doing that he breaks away with a soft sigh.]
[That baffled look on his face is also cute. It makes Heizou grin, pushing his forehead into Wanderer's for a second before backing off a bit. Enough to give him some breathing room.]
